To select a menu button, turn the TUNE/SEL knob until
the menu button you want is highlighted. Then press the
knob twice to select and execute the function. The menu
buttons for the Browser, which read from left to right,
have the following functions:
Back: Use this menu button to go back to the
previous page.
Forward: Use this menu button to go to the
next page.
Reload: Use this menu button to read the currently
active page again.
Stop: Use this menu button to stop reading a file.
History: Use this menu button to display the
file’s history.
Jump: Use this menu button to change
from one stored web page to another using the URL
(Uniform Resource Locator), or the name of the web
page, of the new page you wish to view.
Personal Choice Controls
This feature allows up to two drivers to store and recall
personal settings for the audio and Navigation systems.
Settings that can be stored and recalled include the
following:
D Navigation settings such as Day and Night
screen modes or Route Planning Method.
D Audio settings such as preset stations and
equalization.
Each time a driver chooses or changes audio or
Navigation System settings, the changes will
automatically be stored by the system.
To recall these settings, press the unlock button on the
remote keyless entry transmitter or press the memory
button (1 or 2) on the driver’s door armrest.
OnStar
R
System
When using the OnStar system, the audio system will be
muted and the navigation voice prompts will be disabled
during the call. The volume of the OnStar call can be
adjusted using the steering wheel controls. You can also
end a call to Onstar using the steering wheel controls.
