7.2 Explanation of the Signals

Start signal
triggers the start of the print when using the
“Cut on demand“ operating mode,
This signal is checked if there is a connec-
tion between signal STA and ground GND.
Switch on +24 V

External error
An error has occurred in an externally con-
trolled device.
The label print is stopped and the display
of the printer shows the message "External
error".
After the error is corrected, it is possible to
press the pause key and the print job will
continue. The last label printed before the
error occurred will be repeated. Pressing
the cancel key will stop the print job and the
printer will be reset.
