VII.
Installation and debugging
Installation
1.
Place the instrument steadily on the ground, and adjust the level of the upper plane on the trolley.
After adjustment, fix the instrument to the ground. Since the instrument is often in a state of
vibration, be sure to make the ground shockproof.
2.
Connect the plug of the power cord to the instrument, and then connect the power cord to the
AC220V/50Hz power supply.
3.
Connect the air inlet of the instrument to the air pump or the air inlet pipe. Inlet pressure
requirement: 0.6-0.8 MPa.
4.
Check the instrument for loose bolts and abnormal phenomena. If so, please improve it in time.
5.
Test run of the instrument without load.
