is the output voltage of the electric proportional valve. The actual pressure (kN) is the pressure
sensor indication (kg) × 9.8.
Measuring method of pressure correction table:
①
.
In the [Pressure Correction Table] interface, click the "intermediate position" button to adjust the
round-trip cylinder to the middle of the cylinder stroke, so that the fan-shaped steel roller and
the mold are as vertical as possible. Place the 5T pressure sensor directly under the fan-shaped
steel roller so that it can be vertically overturned when the fan-shaped steel roller is pressed
down.
②
.
In the [Pressure Correction Table] interface, enter "Control Voltage" and click the "Data
Download" button to save the data. Then click the "pressurized cylinder" button to press down
the fan-shaped steel roller, and record the control voltage, feedback voltage and pressure sensor
indication (kg) at this time.
③
.
Obtain seven sets of data according to step 2, and input the data into the pressure correction
table in the order of the control voltage from small to large. Click the "Data Download" button to
save the data and get the pressure correction table.
The effect of pressure correction table
According to the pressure correction table, the desired loading pressure can be obtained through the
linear relationship between the control voltage, the feedback voltage and the actual pressure.
[Control voltage]: Input a control voltage value;
[Feedback voltage]: Display the output voltage of the electric proportional valve;
[Pressurized Cylinder]: Click this button to press down the pressurized cylinder to generate a pressure
value;
[Round-trip cylinder]: Click this button, the cylinder will stop in the middle of the cylinder. It is
convenient to measure the pressure generated when the pressurized cylinder is pressed down. Click
this button again, the cylinder will return to the starting position and stop;
[Data Download]: Click this button to transfer the set parameters to the control card. After the
parameter is changed, the parameter must be operated for it to take effect.
