8.8 Thirteen-pin plug connection diagram
The following plugs are illustrated in the following:

Plug variant 1 (left illustration)

Plug variant 2 (right illustration)

Note the colours of the connecting cable of the socket which is fitted to the
towing vehicle. This makes any new connection which may be necessary
easier.

To connect the thirteen-pin plug to a seven-pin socket, use a commercially
available adaptor.
