First aid in case of complete failure

Problem

Possible cause

Solution

Display and/or drive 

system cannot be 

activated.

Battery malfunction despite full 

charge.

Press the On-Off button 
(battery).

Check whether the battery 
can be switched on. 

The LEDs on the battery 
charge level indicator should 
illuminate. 

If this is not the case, the 
battery may be defective. 
Contact your specialist 
dealer.

Battery is not correctly positioned 

in the mount. 

Remove the battery.

Replace it again. Make sure it 
is positioned correctly.

Battery is not charged.

Fully charge the battery with 
the charger supplied.

Contacts of the battery and/or 

mount are dirty.

Make sure that all contacts 
are clean.  

If necessary, clean them with 
a soft, dry cloth.

Display is not correctly positioned 

in the mount.

Remove the display and 
replace it again. Make sure it 
is positioned correctly.
