Material:

The material window is used to protect users from mistakes in their gcode-files.

If a gcode file is used with a nozzle temperature setting of 100

°C and PLA is used as material, the print

would normally fail. If you have

print assistance

enabled in the configure menu and selected PLA as the

material to use, the software will recognize that 100°C is too low to print PLA and correct the print
temperature to the average of the boundaries (in this case 215°C).

To disable this function, either disable

print assistance

in the configure menu or select “ANY” as printed

material.
