8.2
Checking the location of the hot gas baffle plates
Prior to commissioning check that the hot gas baffle pla-
tes are horizontally positioned.

Pull the power plug from the SAFe.
B
Open the burner door by removing the two hexagon
side bolts.
B
Slightly pull the hot gas baffle plates out of the hot
gas flues.
B
Position the hot gas baffle plates horizontally and
push them into the hot gas flues.
B
Close the burner door and secure with the two hexa-
gon bolts (tighten to approx. 10 Nm). Tighten the he-
xagon bolts evenly to properly seal the burner door.

Attach the power plug to the SAFe.

Preparing the heating system for
operation

Turn on the fuel supply at the main shut-off valve.
B
Switch on the heating system emergency stop switch
(if installed) and/or insert/set the corresponding do-
mestic fuse/circuit breaker.
