Moving and retrieving the heating plate into a pre-defined position

For adjusting the unbalance compensation, the heating plate has to be in a pre-de-
fined position.

Moving the heating plate into a pre-defined position

The heating plate moves to a pre-defined position.

The heating plate is locked.

Retrieving the heating plate from a pre-defined position

8.4

Adjusting the unbalance compensation

The unbalance compensation is used to change the distance of a balancing weight
from the horizontal axis of the vortex movement.

A sensor monitors the vibration and controls the rotation speed.

NOTE

The default setting of the unbalance compensation is 23 mm. This default setting
covers all standardized operations.
