Retrieving recorded messages
Voice Mail

The Voice Module can store up to ten
minutes of incoming recorded messages.
If any messages have been left, the display on
extension
20
will show
Voice Message.
If messages are being retrieved an incoming call
may not receive a greeting and will continue to
ring until answered manually.
• Dial the code
(77).
• The Systemphone then shows the number of
messages stored:

Messages.
You can now:
•Dial
1
to play messages
(Message
1
is
displayed)
• Dial
#
to pause playback
• Dial
2
to save this message and move to the
next one
• Dial
3
to erase this message and move to the
next one
• Dial
4
to go back to the start of the message
• Dial
5
to go back to the previous message
• Dial
6
to erase all messages.
To retrieve recorded messages remotely
•Make an incoming call on a DISA line or
when Auto Answer is set.
• Dial
77
followed by the PIN code (the PIN
code is your administration programming
Access Code)1• You will hear a voice prompt
telling you how many messages you have.
•Use the codes above to listen to and save
your messages.
You must press the first digit
within five seconds of the voice prompt,
otherwise your call will be released.
When listening to your messages, you must
press a key within two minutes of each message,
otherwise your call will be released.
1Earlier systems do not require the PIN code
to be input after dialling
