Reset phone

You can reset your phone to cancel all the
following features if they have been set: Do
Not Disturb, Divert, Call Back, Messaging,
Alarm Call.
•Dial the code
(79).
•
If
you are using a Systemphone, wait until it
goes on-hook automatically.
•
If
you are using an ordinary telephone, wait
for the acknowledgement tone (internal dial
tone).
Diverting calls
Special dial tone will be heard at your extension
until call diversion
is
cancelled. You cannot divert
to an extension that has Do Not Disturb set.
Divert to
Divert to 48
Before you leave your extension, you can
divert all your calls to ring at another
extension.
• Press the pre-programmed
DIVERT TO
key or
dial the code
(48),
followed by the extension.
Divert from
Divert from 49
After you have left your extension, you can
divert your calls to follow you and ring at
another extension.
• After you have left your extension, dial the
code
(49),
followed by your own extension.
• To cancel this feature from your own
extension, use code
48.
Divert on busy
Divert Busy 47
You can divert your calls to ring at another
extension
if
your extension is busy (engaged).
• Dial the code
( 4 7)
froin your own extension,
followed by the extension where your calls
are to be diverted.
Divert on no answer
Divert no Ans 46
You can divert your calls to ring at another
extension if there is no answer at your
extension after four rings.
•Dial the code
(46)
from your own extension,
followed by the number of the extension
where your calls are to be diverted.
Programming, examining and cancelling call
diversion from the programming position.
From the programming position you may
examine an extension to see if any of the call
diversion options have been programmed.
You may also set or cancel them. In default no
diversions are programmed.
To
set, verify or cancel diversion options
• From the programming position, dial
70
followed by the system PIN. T he
System phone shows
Di al admi n code.
• Dial the admin code:
- 90
for Divert To/Divert From
- 91
for Divert on Busy
- 92
for Divert on No Answer.
• Enter the extension number.
• T he Systemphone shows the admin code,.
then the extension number that you are
examining. If a diversion is already in place, it
shows the extension that has been diverted
from
then the extension that has been
diverted
to.
•T he lights in the Busy Lamp Field (see page
37)
indicate where calls are diverted
to.
• To set or change the diversion, enter the
extension to which calls are to be diverted.
• To cancel a diversion, re-enter the second
displayed extension number.
• Press
#
then
HANDS FREE.
