Extensions Class of service - day service
With this feature you assign the extensions to
a Class which operates when the system is in
day service.
If
you have a Systemphone, you can use the
Busy Lamp Field to show which extensions
have been programmed. See page
37.
•
From the programming position, dial
70
followed by the system PIN. The
System phone shows

•Dial the admin code
(6).
•Enter the Class number
(1
to
5).
• Enter the extensions which are to be in that
Class.
•Press# to enter an other Class, or press##
then
HANDS FREE
to finish programming.
If
an extension is removed from a Class it is
automatically entered into Class
1.
You cannot
directly remove an extension from Class
1.
An extension is removed from Class
1
only
when it is programmed into another Class.
Extensions Class of service - night service
Each extension may be programmed into a
different Class of service which is activated
when the system is put into night service.
On power-up all extensions are in Class
1.
The same conditions apply as for
programming for day service.
If

This feature ensures that all extensions are
prevented from dialling any number which is
programmed into the Class
5
restriction table.
On power-up this feature is disabled.

to enable or
0
to disable.
• Press # then

System speed dial numbers - Class of
service override
You may wish to allow restricted extensions
to dial numbers, entered in the system speed
dialling list, which they cannot dial directly.
For example, these could be particular
numbers which extensions in Classes
2, 3
or
4
cannot dial directly. By entering these
numbers into the system speed dialling list
and programming the extensions for this
feature, the restricted extensions can access
these numbers.
In default no extensions are programmed for
this feature.
