To play back your messages
•
Press the

The voice states the number of messages you
have. Before each message is played, the voice
also states which message it is, such as ‘Message
1’. After the message has been played, the voice
will announce the day and time it was received.
During playback the base unit displays

To pause a message
While playing your message:

Press the
PLAY

button again. Display
shows
PAUSED

To release the pause, press the
PLAY

button a third time.
•
If playback is paused for more than 60
seconds the handset returns to
HSET 1
and
the base returns to standby mode.
Using the
answering machine

button during message playback, and
Freestyle 1500 Plus display returns to
ANS.PHONE
mode for you to use another
function.
Freestyle 1500 Plus logs each message
After each message is played back, the voice
prompt states the day and time it was received.
To switch the answering machine on or off

To record a memo using the handset
Your Freestyle 1500 Plus lets you record a
memo which can be played back later.
•
Press the

button.

Press the

button. You will hear the
voice say, ‘Please speak after the tone.
To end the recording, press square’.

Speak after the tone. When you have
finished, press the
PLAY
