A.2 Connecting an external sensor (RSH-EC-FE/-EF-/E-/-EE)

The variants

-FE

-EF

-E

and

-EE

can be connected to an external sensor.

An external sensor must comply with the following requirements con-
cerning the voltage supply:

• Voltage: 24 volts

• Current: 100 mA at maximum

Use a 5-pole M12 A-coded plug connector for connecting an external
sensor. The assignment of the connections is as follows:

The variant

RSH-EC-CS

can exclusively be used in conjunction with the

camera sensor

RSC-DI

. The M12 plug connector on the front of the

RSH-

EC-CS

is used for connecting the camera sensor. For further information

on the camera sensor, please refer to the separate operating manual
"CAMERA SENSOR RSC-DI".
