Programming BioLock
®
Upon powering up BioLock
®
the unit will flash the Red (Fail) & Green (Verify)
LED’s. This is acknowledging that there are no users currently enrolled in the
device.
The unit will now require user and system programming. Go to Step 3 of the
guide above.
Entering Admin Mode
Admin mode is entered via the following method.

Power on the unit. Red and Green Leds at the top will flash indicating no users are
enrolled.
 Place any Administrators finger on the unit and leave it on the sensor for 5 seconds.
 Quickly remove finger from sensor

You are now in Administrator Mode and BioLock
®
is ready to have additional user
templates enrolled.
Connecting the Secure Relay Board
The Secure Relay Boards become known to the BioLock units automatically as soon as they
are connected to the RS485 Data wires out of the BioLock unit. No further configuration is
required.
