Infrastructure Mode allows you to connect the
printer to a computer or mobile device using
a Wi-Fi router/access point.
Before You Begin
Configure the printer's Wi-Fi settings to
communicate with your Wi-Fi router/
access point. After the printer is
configured, the computers and mobile
devices on your network will have access
to the printer.
• Before connecting the printer to your
network, contact your system
administrator to confirm your Wi-Fi
network settings.
• To reconfigure the Wi-Fi settings or if
the printer's Wi-Fi connection status is
unknown, reset the printer's Wi-Fi
settings:
a
Press and hold the (Feed)
button and the (Power) button
simultaneously until the POWER
indicator lights in orange and the
STATUS indicator blinks in green.
b
While continuing to press the
(Power) button, press the
(Feed) button twice.
c

• For the best print results, place the
printer as close to the Wi-Fi router/
access point as possible with minimal
obstructions between them. Large
objects or walls between the two
devices, as well as interference from
other electronic devices, can affect the
transfer speed of print data.
