Enter the last nine digits of the serial number into the “Serial No.” field, which is found 
on the nameplate attached on the under cover. 

Example: Enter the last nine digits ‘D5G111111’ if the serial number on the   

nameplate is printed as ‘U61346-D5G111111.’
