Thread cut unit

Main unit

Assembly

Cutter unit assembly (Step 1)

1. Apply MOLYKOTE EM-30L to the CT motor bracket assembly's shaft

2. Attach the thread cutter motor assembly

to the CT motor bracket

assembly with the 2 screws

3. Attach the initial gear

to the motor bracket assembly's shaft, and then

attach the retaining ring E2.

4. Attach the lever gear

to the motor bracket assembly's shaft, and then

apply MOLYKOTE EM-30L to the gear.

*Key point

• Align the marking

on the lever gear with the marking on the

initial gear.

Start movie clip (CD-ROM version only)

Apply MOLYKOTE EM-30L to the CT motor bracket
