3. Fit concealing plate
Remove the control handle by prising
out the cap and loosening the grub
screw. Pull the
Note: The concealing plate can be
used as a template by drawing around
the plate and measuring in by 15mm to
give sufficient clearance.
Run a bead of silicon sealant around
the groove on the rear outer seal. Use
a smear of washing up liquid around
the inner seal (this will help when
fitting over the valve shroud
Slide the concealing plate over the
valve shroud and press firmly against
the tiling around the edges.
Refit the control handle, tighten the
grub screw and push-fit the cap into the
hole in the handle.
Note: The shower valve inlet positions
are shown at the bottom as an example.
