If the Pure induct is not functioning up to standards, the list of possible problems below
can help diagnose and solve the problem.
What does the indication light [0.] indicate?

The indication light will show the operation of the appliance.
- Green light: rapidly blinking, the appliance is working correctly
- Orange light: the appliance is working correctly, maintenance might be needed.
Contact your supplier and schedule a maintenance appointment.
- Red light: turn off your appliance and contact your supplier.
The collectors are not showing much sign of saturation, even after 3 months of use…

Make sure there is airflow in your duct; your buildings ventilation system must be on.
If not, turn on your ventilation system.

Is the indicator light [0.] red? Contact your supplier.
•
If the appliance was indeed turned on, contact your supplier.
