4. Installation
4.1 Installation requirements
•
To ensure the safe functioning of the appliance, the appliance must be installed and
connected by qualified personnel.
•
The Pure induct must be used indoors in a ventilated room under temperature
conditions of 0 to 50 °C with a relative humidity of 0 to 90%.
•
The machine must be connected to the ventilation system, induct or end-of-pipe, by
using flange clamps. If the existing pipes of your ventilation system have different
measurements, it is necessary to use adaptors. These can be ordered at Brink.
•
The direction of the air flow in the ventilation system to the Pure induct should occur
as displayed above by the air flow direction indicator.
•
Mounting brackets with an inside diameter of 200 mm as shown in the image are
recommended to secure the appliance to any surface using screws.
•
Connect the power cord to a grounded power outlet. Do not connect voltages other
than the labelled factory requirement (~110-240 VAC, 50-60 Hz).
•
Do not remove the protection grid of the front and/or back of the appliance.
