The Bra

n Corporation of Winamac, Indiana, warrants its wheelchair lift against defects
in material and workmanship for
u
p to five years*, providing the lift is installed, operated and
maintained properly and in conformity with this man
u
al. This warranty is limited to the original
p
u
rchaser and does not cover defects in the motor vehicle on which it is installed, or defects in the
lift ca
u
sed by a defect in any part of the motor vehicle.
This warranty commences on the date the lift is p
u
t into service, providing the warranty
registration card is completed and received by The Bra
u
n Corporation within twenty days of
p
u
rchase. If no warranty card is received, the warranty will expire three years from the date of
man
u
fact
u
re as identified on the lift serial n
u
mber tag.
This warranty also covers the cost of labor for the repair or replacement of parts for
three years when performed by an approved Bra
u
n Dealer. (A labor sched
u
le determines cost
allowance for repairs, which can be provided
u
pon req
u
est by an approved Bra
u
n Dealer).
This warranty does not cover normal maintenance, service, or periodic adj
u
stments
necessitated by
u
se or wear. The Bra
u
n Corporation will not,
u
nder any circ
u
mstances, pay for
loss of
u
se, incidental or conseq
u
ential damages related to the lift, or vehicle in which it is installed.
This warranty will become n

ll and void if the lift has been damaged thro

gh accident,
mis

se, or neglect, or if the lift has been altered in any respect.
