• Mixing tank capacity: up to 750 litres
• Decanting pump capacity approx. 6,000 litres/h (free outlet)
• Dry running protection for pump
• Motor protection switch for pump
• Thermal protection switch for pump
• Permissible operating pressure range of the RO water 2 to 5 bars
• Required water RO water quality/free of floating particles
• Minimum water quantity required 2–4 litres/min (2 bars min.)
• Repeatability of the flow sensor typically 0.1 %
• Basic accuracy of the flow sensor 0.5 % at 1.5 to 4.5 l/min
• Density measurement repeatability 5 x 10

9.2 Materials used for the fluids system

The following materials that come into contact with water and concentrates are physiologically
harmless and do not release substances into the dialysis concentrates:

• Stainless steel (only contact with water)
• Silicone rubber (SI)
• Ceramics
• Carbon
• Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)
• Polypropylene (PP)
• Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF)
• Ethylene-propylene rubber (EPDM)
• Teflon (PTFE)
• Polyethersulfone (PES)
• Polyethylene (PE)

The

ECOM

ix does not contain any materials that have any pharmaceutical properties or are of

human or animal origin.

The

ECOC

art contains no materials of human or animal origin. The ingredients listed in the

ECOC

art

label can have pharmacological effects if they enter the human body.
