Chapter 6 hydrauliC system

3015r(h)/3515r(h)/4015r(h)/F36r(h)/F42r(h) traCtOr

1. Disconnect the hydraulic pipe (1) and hydraulic

hose (2) from the hydraulic pump on the left side
of the engine. Then, unscrew the mounting bolt (3)
to remove the hydraulic pump assembly.

2. Unscrew the housing mounting bolts (1) and

remove the rear cover (2).

3. Separate the shaft holding block (1)

from the

housing (2).

4. Remove the drive gear (3), driven gear (4) and

front cover (5).



the seal (1) of the shaft holding block should

face the housing when assembling it.



and open section of the seal should face the

suction side of the housing.
