Pancake and blini recipe
Traditional pancakes (wheat flour)
Ingredients for around 20-25 pancakes (or around fifty small pancakes):

500 g sifted wheat flour

1 l milk

6 eggs

Salt
-
Oil or butter
Preparation:
Mix the flour with the milk in a mixing bowl to obtain a smooth mixture.
Add the beaten eggs, 2 pinches of salt and 2 tablespoons of oil or melted butter. Mix
thoroughly.
Cover the mixing bowl with cling film and leave to rest for at least 1 hour in the
fridge before pouring onto the pancake maker.
