How to Use
General Information
The NaviVision computer is suitable for continuous operation.
The NaviVision system should only be used in hospitals.
Unplug the ARCADIS system from the wall outlet and contact BrainLAB Support if any of
the following conditions are observed:
• The cable or plug is damaged or frayed.
• Liquid has been spilled into the
NaviVision
system.
• The NaviVision system does not operate normally when the operating instructions are
followed.
• The
NaviVision
system has been dropped or damaged.
• The NaviVision system exhibits a distinct decrease in performance, indicating a need
for service.
• Liquids leak from the
NaviVision
system.
• Smoke is emitted by the NaviVision system.
To prevent electric shock or permanent damage to the
NaviVision
system, do not
expose the monitor, computer, camera system or mobile camera stand to exces-
sive moisture.
Do not use the NaviVision system components in environments where there is a
danger of explosion!
The NaviVision system components are not suitable for use in the presence of
flammable anesthetic mixtures containing air, oxygen, nitrous oxide or laugh-
ing gas.
The NaviVision system produces electromagnetic fields that may interfere with
other sensitive equipment and can be disturbed by other electromagnetic fields.
The NaviVision system and components are neither MR compatible nor MR
safe.
