Inspect the steering encoder and ensure that it is properly mounted.

: Ensure that the steering encoder cable is not loose, and the steering encoder is
mounted like the picture above.
NOTE:
The steering encoder pictured above is rotated. Encoder may or may not be broken.

Take pictures of the steering encoder that show the overall condition, condition of
the wires, and the set screws.
