115 VAC Circuit Trace
Step 1. Verify 115 VAC and proper polarity at wall
outlet.
Step 2. With unit plugged in and control power
switch in the “ON” position verify LED
status.

115 volt potential exposure. Use

Short Flash, once
every four seconds.
Waiting for call to
heat
LED Status
“Heartbeat”,
alternates bright/dim.
Thermostat
calling for heat.
LED Status
Other error codes
flashing.
Verify error code as
listed on page 14.
Disconnect cord set
as shown in photo 19.
Reconnect cord set
shown in photo 19.
Locate black & white wires at
connector, it may be
necessary to pull back wire
sheath to identify wire colors
(see photo 22).
Replace Blower.
Check for damage to AC
power supply cord.
Using a volt meter set to
volts AC, and referring to
photo 22, is there 115VAC
across pins 1 & 2?
Replace Gas
control.
Disconnect wire
harness from gas
control
(see photo 21).
Is there 115VAC across
black & white wires as
shown in photo 22?
LED Status
None, Control LED
not on or flashing.
Is there 115VAC
across pins 2 & 6?
Incorrect supply
voltage polarity.
Repair damage.
Call for technical
support.
