The dispenser is producing almost nothing but foam. The pressure may be
too high. Close the pressure regulator and release the pressure through the
safety valve. Then set the pressure to a lower level.
If the dispenser still produces too much foam, this is usually due to beer
which has not been sufficiently chilled and is still too warm. We recommend
chilling thoroughly for 24 hours. Please also bear in mind that the beer
should rest for 5 minutes after transport or tapping before dispensing the
first glass.
Beer sprays sideways out of the dispensing valve during dispensing. Check
the glass is always positioned level on the central axis of the valve.
It is normal for a small amount of beer to leak out when removing the glass
from the dispensing valve. This is due to the angle and speed of removal
before the valve closes again.

If you have accidentally set the pressure too high, turn the regulator anti-
clockwise again to close it. Release the excess pressure through the pressure
relief valve and begin again, as initially described, slowly increasing the
pressure until it reaches the desired level.
