Step 4) Assembling the Beer Buddy

Now take the keg and the attached dispenser and place them in the empty Beer 

Buddy. To get a good grip on the keg, we recommend holding the mounting 

bracket to move it.

Now place the drip plate on top.

You’ve done it! Your Beer Buddy is now ready to use.

Further details on dispensing can be found at ‘Step 5’.

Caution:

If you are moving your Buddy, please remember that agitation and transport can 

cause pressure to build up due to the carbon dioxide in the keg. You should wait 

at least 5 minutes after moving to allow the pressure to subside before continu-

ing to dispense beer.

Important:

The keg and attached dispenser will only fit in 

the container the right way around.

Please take note of the cut-outs in the cont-

ainer for the knurled screws, and the cut-out 

for the pressure regulator.

Insert the keg and dispenser correctly, so that 

the pressure regulator and the knurled screws 

sit in their respective cut-outs.

You’ve almost finished!

Now insert the drip tray. The drip tray has a 

cut-out in one corner for the pressure regula-

tor, opposite which is a smaller cut-out to en-

able removal of the drip tray from the Buddy.
