Consult the literature for the gateway for fault code LGC
in order to re-establish communication with the gateway

responding to
thermostat changes

Verify that the COM LED on the TRM at the equipment
is blinking green. If it is red, please call for technical
assistance.
There is not power to the
TRM
Check the circuit breaker that powers the air
conditioning unit if it is tripped please reset it.
If after resetting the breaker the TRM LEDs are not lit,
please contact the local a technician

Loss of Equipment
Communication COM
LED light is red on the
TRM
Loose Wiring on
thermostat
Remove the thermostat from the back mounting plate
and ensue that all 4 wires are securely seated in the
terminals. Also verify that there are not wire strands
present as this will cause a short.
Loose Wiring on TRM
Remove the cover off of the TRM and verify that all wires
are securely seated in the terminals.

on in Heating when

When remote room temperature sensors are connected
to the TRM, the space temperatures from the thermostat
and the room sensor(s) are averaged. It is possible to
have the thermostat not satisfying the set point and
still not have the equipment running. The average of the
sensor(s) and the thermostat has satisfied the setpoint.
