Trouble Shooting

Error code Error code definition

Error code type

A0

Water temperature sensors defective

If a short or open circuit is detected on both water NTC
sensors the appliance will Lock.
Error is resolved when the sensor open or short circuit is
repaired.

Self-resolving

A1/E4

Box temperature protection

If temperature inside the appliance box is over 70ºC,
appliance
must start reducing its maximum power 5% every 30s
until box temperature drops below 70ºC. During this time
the ECU must show a warning. If at any time the box
temperature
goes over 80ºC or power is reduced more than
20%, appliance locks. Function is only active 30s after
opening the water.
Power reduction is reset when water is closed. Error is
resolved by manual reset.

Warning/ Lock out

A4

Air temperature sensor opened circuit

If a short or open circuit is detected on the air temperature
NTC, the appliance shuts down and goes to lockout.
Error is resolved by manual reset.

Lock out

A7

Outlet water temperature sensor defective

If a short or open circuit is detected on the outlet water NTC
sensor, a warning is shown.
Error is resolved when the sensor open or short circuit is
repaired.

Self-resolving

C7

Signal from fan not received

When no feedback signal is received from the fan, the unit
goes to lock.
Error is resolved by manual reset.

Lock out

CA

Water flow signal over specified maximum value

If the Control unit reads a water flow over the maximum
specified for the flow sensor (25l/min), appliance will lock.
Error is resolved when water flow is below 22 l/min again.

Self-resolving

CF

Exhaust blockage

If a pressure above normal operating conditions is detected
on the exhaust by fan speed and/or consumption, the
appliance is locked.
Error is resolved by manual reset.

Lock out

E1

Over-temperature detected

If the control unit detects an outlet water temperature over
85ºC, the appliance must shutdown and restart after the
outlet temperature goes below the setpoint value.
