Regularly perform a visual inspection every 3,000 hours to check:
– whether the drive chain has enough lubrication (see page 42).
– the drive chain for wear.
Replace the drive chain after 15,000 hours (see page 45).
– the sprockets for wear.
Replace the sprockets if you see visible wear.
– the support block and support rails for wear.
Replace the support block and support rails after 15,000 hours.
– the cleat (hook) for wear (see page 48).
Replace the cleat (hook) if the workpiece pallet is no longer fed in or out
correctly (see page 44).
– the damping element for wear (see page 44).
Replace the damping element if the wear is > 3 mm.
– whether the bolt spring is fractured (see page 44).
Replace the bolt spring if the hook does not reset correctly (see page 44).
– the drive shaft for wear.
– the bearing block for wear.
– the roller elements for wear.
Replace the roller elements if they are sluggish or worn on the side (see
page 44).
– the slide bearings for wear.
Every 10,000 hours, regularly perform a visual inspection to check:
– the drive motor and gear for leaks.
Replace the drive motor and gear after 20,000 hours (see page 48).
