Step 4 (Back panel assembly)
a) Loosen one pre-installed bolts on the left side
panel (E) and right side panel (S), then allow
1/4 bolt’s length extend out it.
b) Align the holes on cart left side panel (E) with
the holes on the back panel (P). Insert one M6
x 15 bolt (AA), flat washer (BB) and lock
washer (CC) into each pre-drilled holes and
tighten the bolt s by hand.
c) Repeat the procedure with right side panel (S)
and back panel (P).
d) Go back and tighten all bolts using the
screwdriver provided.
Step 5 (Left front frame and right front frame assembly)
a) Loosen two pre-installed bolts on the left side panel (E)
and allow 1/4 bolt’s length extend out it.
b) Align the holes on the left front frame (F) with the holes
on the left side panel (E) and bottom panel (G).
c) Screw the M6 x 15 bolt (AA), flat washer (BB) and lock
washer (CC) into each pre-drilled holes by hand.
d) Repeat the process with the right front frame (T), right
side panel (S) and bottom panel (G) together.
e) Go back and tighten all bolts using the screwdriver
provided.
Step 6 (Install front beam )
a) Align hole on the front beam (H) with the hole on
left front frame (F) and right front frame (T).
b) Screw the M6 x 15 bolt (AA), flat washer (BB) and
lock washer (CC) into each pre-drilled holes by
hand.
a) Tighten all bolts using the screwdriver provided.
