Step 10 (Install cart body)
a) Put the cart body (A) on the cart assembly.
b)
Align the holes on the cart body (A) with the holes on the cart as
c) Screw the M6 x 15 bolt (AA), flat washer (BB) and lock washe
each pre-drilled holes by hand.
d) Tighten all the all bolts using the screwdriver provided.
Step 11 (Side shelves assembly)
a) Loosen three pre-installed bolts on the right side shelf
(O) and allow 1/4 bolt’s length extend out it.
b) Align the holes on the right side shelf (O) with the holes
on the cart body (A).
c) Screw the M6 x 15 bolt (AA), flat washer (BB) and lock
washer (CC) into each pre-drilled holes by hand
d) Repeat the same procedure with the left side shelf (B)
and cart body (A) together.
e) Go back and tighten all the bolts using the screwdriver
provided.
Step 12 (Install the grease cup and grease cup
support)
a) Hook the grease cup support (D) into the
grooves beneath the grease pan.
b) Put the grease cup (C) onto the grease cup
support.
