Ingredients: 4 apples, 150g sugar,
250ml lemon juice
• Wash and peel the apples and cut
into small pieces.
• Put all the ingredients into a heat-
resistant vessel.
• Stir well and cover.
• Place the vessel in the centre of the
oven compartment.
Strawberry
wine
Ingredients: 500g strawberries,
approx. 250-400g sugar, 4 lemons,
approx. 1250ml rice wine
• Wash and clean the strawberries
and cut into small pieces.
• Put all the ingredients into a heat-
resistant vessel.
• Stir well and cover.
• Place the vessel in the centre of the
oven compartment.
Grilling with the LIGHT WAVE
For grilling please use the grilling grid. Use suitable heatresistant
tableware or place the food to be grilled directly on the grid.
Preheating of the grill is not necessary as the radiating grill
produces heat immediately.
To grill and gratinate food, proceed as follows:
1. Press the STOP/CANCEL button.
2. Press the LIGHT WAVE/COMB(INATION) button. The
LIGHT WAVE symbol appears in the display.
3. Set the desired grilling time between 10 seconds and
95 minutes using the rotating button.
4. To start cooking press the START button.

COMBI Microwave and LIGHTWAVE Operation
In these settings the microwave and LIGHTWAVE (Grill) work
alternately within the preset period in the following ratios:

30% microwave
55% microwave
70% grill
45% grill
1. Press the STOP/CANCEL button.
2. Press the LIGHT WAVE/COMB(INATION) button 2 or 3
times.
3. Set the desired cooking time between 10 seconds and
95 minutes using the rotating button.
4. To start cooking press the START button.
Tips on Combined Operation
If you prepare food using the combined microwave-grill functions
you should note the following:
For large, thick foods such as roast pork the microwave time is
correspondingly longer than for small, fl at foods.
However, in
the case of the grill it is the other way round. The closer the
food is to the grill, the faster it turns brown.
This means that
when large joints are prepared using combined operation the
grilling time may be shorter than for smaller joints.
Please use the grid for grilling in order to achieve rapid and even
browning.
