b) Automatic functions:



Flushing of water supply line:

The solenoid inlet valve of the humidifier opens. The solenoid drainage valve is open. The water
supply line is flushed without the fluid tank of the NKBD being filled.

The feature "Flushing of water supply line" does not replace flushing of the
newly established water inlet pipe. Flushing only changes the pure water
(which may be hygienically questionable) in the supply line.

The solenoid inlet valve closes. The solenoid drainage valve stays open for 160 seconds.



Filling the fluid tank:

The solenoid drainage valve closes. The solenoid inlet valve opens. The fluid tank of the NBKD
is filled. The water level is automatically controlled within narrow tolerances. Internal safety
monitoring of the water temperature and dry running protection is done automatically.

The fluid tank may only be filled if a humidification request has been made.
Otherwise the fluid tank of the NKBD will remain dry.



Humidification:

Once the maximum water level is reached and the humidification request is still present, humidi-
fication will start.
The green control lamp lights up as soon as the NKBD is ready for humidification or is humidify-
ing already.

c) Make applied settings:



Adjust SET humidity at continuous controller or hygrostat.

Commissioning of the NKBD is completed.
