BMW NA Remote Support Service Subscription

 

 

 

 

 

1 (one) Access to Support Service Solution provided by BMW NA to receive remote 
Expert Support from BMW NA technical experts.

 

 

The Solution Subscription includes the following elements:

 

 

1 (one) Smart Glass Hardware (RealWear HMT-1) for rent including the accessories: 
bump-cap, tri-band strap and spare battery

 

 

1 (one) Remote support client software application pre-installed and pre-configured 
on Hardware ready to use with the BMW NA Remote Support Service Offering

 

(one) Quick-Start Guide with the essential instructions to connect Hardware to 
Service and receive Remote Support from BMW NA

 

 

Support Plan participation to receive technical support for Solution as defined in the 
Remote Support Service SLA

 

 

24 months Subscription Term

 

 

Subscription Term starts on the 1
