1 (one) Remote support client software application pre-installed and pre-configured
on Hardware ready to use with the BMW NA Remote Support Service Offering

(one) Quick-Start Guide with the essential instructions to connect Hardware to
Service and receive Remote Support from BMW NA

Support Plan participation to receive technical support for Solution as defined in the
Remote Support Service SLA
