Computer

Displays in the instrument cluster

To access the information, press the BC button
on the flashing turn indicator lever.
The following items of information are dis-
played in the order listed:

>

Range

>

Average speed

>

Average fuel consumption

Range

This display indicates how far the car can prob-
ably be driven on the fuel remaining in the tank.
The distance is calculated on the basis of the
way the car has been driven over the past
30 km, approx. 20 miles.

If the range is below 50 km, approx.
30 miles, refuel the car, otherwise the

engine's functions are not assured and damage
may occur.

Average speed

The calculation of average speed ignores any
stationary periods where the engine was
switched off.
To reset the average speed: press the BC but-
ton on the flashing turn indicator lever for
approx. 2 seconds.

Average fuel consumption

The average fuel consumption is calculated for
the period since the engine was last started.
To reset the average consumption:
Press the BC button on the flashing turn indica-
tor lever for approx. 2 seconds.

For a variety of distances

You can show the average speed and average
consumption for two different distances on the
control display, see below and the Journey
computer

section.
