Connection to the mains water
supply
Check that the mains pressure is between
1 bar and 3,5 bar. To enhance the quality
of the sparkling water dispensed, an
incoming flow rate in excess of 3.5 l/min is
recommended.
Use a food grade pipe (external diameter
8 mm) to connect the water supply
inlet joint (1) to the mains water supply,
preferably with a wall tap.
The water-cooler comes with a
mechanical filter, a non-return valve and a
security valve.
Once the pipes are attached, turn on the
tap. Ensure there are no leaks. Use only
drinkable water.
The drip tray (Fig. 21.2) can be placed
on countertop or hanged on the front
panel of the machine using the supplied
bracket.
Slightly tilt forward the bracket and insert
the hooks into slot on the panel. After
push down the bracket until it stops.
Before drinking the water from the
system, perform a thorough rinse of the
circuit by dispensing water from each
product line.

CAUTION!
To connect the water cooler to the mains
water supply, you will need to use a new set
of connectors (joints, gaskets and pipes).
Do not use a set of connectors that has
already been used elsewhere.
The water pressure entering the unit must
be between a minimum of 1,0 bar (0,10
MPa) and a maximum of 3,5 bar (0,35 MPa).
On Beer Tap models, for a proper
installation of the system, the use of the
Water Block is compulsory (cod. 140065).
