Slow cook, Quick Cook, Five Grain
Use the measuring cup to get the amount of needed rice. A measuring cup of rice
is approximately enough for one person to eat.
Chicken, Ribs, Beef, Tendons
After the ingredients to be cooked have been prepared, put them into the inner
bowl and add some water; if there is ingredient containing a large amount of
water, less water can be added.
Clean the surface of the inner bowl and put it into the body. Make sure the inner
bowl and the heating coil are well installed. Close the cover and connect the
power supply.
Press the button “

” to select the function “
Chicken
”, “
Ribs
”, “
Beef
”,
“
Bean/ Tendons
” you want, the indicating lamp will flash. After 7 seconds, the
flash will stop and the appliance will enter the cooking state.
After the cooking is finished, the relevant lamp will go out. Five “beep” sounds will
be uttered. When the float drops down, you can enjoy the delicious food.
Add water to the corresponding water level. After washing the rice clean, put it in
the inner pot and add water as per the amount of rice. The mixing ratio of rice and
water is about 1:1. The scale marks on the inner side of the inner pot are reference
cooking water levels.
You can voluntarily increase or decrease the amount of water as per the type of
rice and your favorite degree of rice softness or hardness, but the water cannot
exceed the maximum scale mark.
Put the inner pot back in the cooker body after wiping its external surface dry and
switch on the power after closing the electrical pressure cooker in place.

”. After one function is chosen, the correspondent
indicating lamp will flash. If there is no other operation, the lamp will stop flash
after 7 seconds and appliance will enter working state.
After finishing cooking, the electrical pressure cooker gets into the heat preserv-
ing state. It is recommended that the electrical pressure cooker preserve heat for
5-10 minutes after finishing cooking because the taste is better in this way.
Open the electrical pressure cooker by using the safe uncovering method.

Ingredients (For reference only):
4 eggs, 70 grams white sugar (about 2 spoons), a small spoon of edible salt, 80
grams self-rising flour (about 6 spoons), a small spoon condensed milk, one
lemon.
Steps:
Separate the egg white from the egg yolk.
Add white sugar and edible sat to the egg white and stir the mixture to foam.
Add white sugar, self-rising flour, condensed milk and fresh lemon juice to the
egg yolk and then stir the mixture evenly.
Notes: It is necessary to add the milk and white sugar while stirring the mixture!
Add the stirred egg white to the egg yolk, and then stir the mixture evenly. (It is
necessary to quickly finish this process; otherwise, foamed egg white will shrink
and thus affect the fermentation process).
Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the electrical pressure pot (It is best to
use a brush to daub the vegetable oil), preheat the electrical pressure cooker for
one minute with the cover open.
Pour the stirred mixture into the inner pot, close the pot cover, and then press
“
Nutrition cooking
” to choose the function “
Cake
”.
After the cooking time is up, you can enjoy the delicious cakes.

WARNING:
Do not hold the pressure release valve. Hot steam/liquid may be ejected.
Keep hands and face away from steam vents, use pot holders when removing the
inner pot or touching any hot items, and never force the lid open. The lid will only
open once the pressure is released. Remove the lid by lifting it away from you to
avoid being burned by the steam.
Tips:
Before the warm keeping indicating lamp lights up, do not open the lid.
“Chicken” function is suitable for cooking birds like duck and chicken; “Ribs” is suitable
for cooking chunks of pork and ribs.
Materials that are difficult to cook is supposed to select the “Tendons”; Beans are
suggested to soak in water in advance.
