Tips:
Cooking time = heating time + pressure keeping time
Heating time: from the beginning of the heating to the moment when the
pressure has reached the set pressure.
Pressure keeping time: from the moment when the pressure has reached the set
value to the pressure exhausting period.

NUTRITION STEW
After the upper cover is well fixed, press the button “
Nutrition cooking
”, than the
functions such as “
Slow rice cooking
”, “
Quick cook
”, “
Grain rice
”, “
Congee
” and
“
Cake
” can be chosen. After one function is chosen, the correspondent indicating
lamp will flash. The display will show the correspondent pressure, timing and
taste. If there is no other operation in 7 seconds, the lamp will stop flashing and
heating will begin.
After the upper cover is well fixed, press the button “

”, than the
functions such as “
Soup
”, “
Chicken
”, “
Ribs
”, “
Beef
” and “
Bean/ Tendons
” can be
chosen. After one function is chosen, the correspondent indicating lamp will
flash. The display will show the correspondent pressure, timing and taste. If there
is no other operation in 7 seconds, the lamp will stop flashing and heating will
begin.
TASTE SELECTION
If there are requirements for the taste after the function is chosen, you can press
the button “
taste
”. The display will show the correspondent timing and goes like
this:
standard – soft - hard
. After the taste is set, the lamp will stop flash after 7
seconds and appliance will enter working state.
PRESSURE SELECTION
TIMER
After the function is chosen, take the “
slow rice cooking
” for example, the
pressure is 30Kpa. If higher pressure is wanted, you can press the button “
pres-
sure
” to choose other pressure. The pressure scope suitable for this appliance is
30kpa-80kpa. After the pressure is set, if there is no other operation, the lamp will
stop flash after 7 seconds and appliance will enter working state.
The time can be set between “
00:30-24:00”
. If time setting is needed after the
function is set, press the button “
timer
”. After the button is pressed, the indicating
lamp will light up, the time displayed on the screen is “
00:30
”. It shows that the
appliance will start to heat after 30 minutes. Every time when the button is
pressed, the setting time will add to 30 minutes, the maximum setting time is 24
hours. After the time is set, if there is no other operation, the lamp will stop flash
after 7 seconds. The appliance will enter time setting working state, the lamp will
start to flashing and display countdown. After the set time is over, the appliance
will start to work.
EXHAUST FUNCTION
During the Warm keeping, Nutrition Rice, Quick Cook and Five Grain state, you
can release the pressure by press the “
Exhaust
” button. Or when the screen shows
the count downtime of pressure time to "
0
", after that it will display “
F0
” and the
appliance will automatically enter into pressure exhausting. When the pressure
goes down, the appliance will automatically enter into warm keeping period.
KEEP WARM/ CANCEL FUNCTION
When the pressure goes down, the appliance will automatically enter into warm
keeping period, the indicating lamp for warm keeping will light up. The screen
will display 5 hour countdown and utter 5 “beep” sounds. During the working
period, if you want to cancel the original working state, press the button “
Warm
keeping/ Cancel
”. If the appliance is in standby state, press the button “
Warm
keeping/Cancel
”, than the appliance will enter warm keeping state.
