Open the lid and take out the food (Safety open)
When the solid food, the steam can be released forcefully. Keep a distance
from the vent. Do not open the cover until the float drops down.
When opening the upper cover, hold the upper handle and rotate it counter
clockwise. The upper will automatically open.
Pull of the plug before opening the lid.

Choose corresponding button according to food, and the relative indicator
will be on.
After finishing cooking, the electrical pressure cooker will alarm the use
before enter the "
Keep warm
" state automatically. The nixie tube will now
display how long the cooker has been warming the food for.

Connect the power supply. If the appliance utter a “beep” sound and enters
standby inter interface, it indicates that the appliance has entered into the
standby state, the screen shows “
---
”.
Put the inner bowl and food into the body and close the upper cover (the appli-
ance will utter one “beep” sound).
Attention: If the upper cover is not well fixed, the following operation cannot be
carried.
In standby mode, you can choose the corresponding cooking function as per
your cooking need. For example, if you want to cook rice, you should press the
button “
Nutrition cooking
” to choose “
Slow rice cooking
” or “
Quick cook
”.
After the function is selected, the electrical pressure cooker automatically gets
into the cooking state after 7 seconds if there is no operation and “
Heating
” lamp
will be on.
When the cooker reach working pressure, entering the pressure keeping process.
The nixie tube will begin the count downtime of the pressure keeping duration.
When it reaches "0", the food will be fully cooked. The appliance will utter three
“beep” sounds and enter into pressure exhausting, the screen shows “F0”. When
the pressure goes down, the appliance will automatically enter into warm keep-
ing period, the indicating lamp for warm keeping will light up.

1. First-time Use
If this is the first time for you using this product, remove any parts or accessories
that are stored inside the cooker body after you have remove the product from the
box.
Please carefully read the User Manual, in particular, the Safety Precautions before
using this product.
2. Normal Use
Check whether the electrical pressure cooker is opened and closed without
a
hitch.
Confirm that the float valve and vent valve of pot cover is not blocked and the
seal ring and anti-blocking cover are installed well.
Put the food and water in the inner pot.
Wipe the inner pot dry and put it in the cooker body.
Close the electrical pressure cooker in place.
