START-UP
For initial start-up, or if the brewer has not been used for an
extended period of time:
Be sure spray disks and brew gaskets are properly installed in both
brew heads.
Be sure the water supply is properly connected and the water
supply valve is turned
ON
.
BEFORE
plugging the brewer into a receptacle, or otherwise
connecting brewer to electrical power
THE WATER TANKS MUST
BE FILLED
. Place an empty container under each brew head.
Lift the pour-over covers and pour tap water into the pour-over
RSHQLQJVXQWLOZDWHUÀRZVIURPERWKEUHZKHDGV:KHQZDWHUVWRSV
dripping from the brew heads, empty the containers. This will
require about 3 full 64 oz. decanters of water per side.
Once both tanks are full of water, connect the brewer to electrical
power. The heating elements will begin heating the water in the
