INSTALLATION

1.

Ensure power is off. Run hardwire to either side of

the unit. Remove the junction box plate assembly.

2. Remove the junction box coverplate. (2 screws)

3. Remove center knockout plug from juction box.

HARD WIRING CONNECTION

There are electrical access panels on either side of the Clarity CL2118 IPI for hard wiring power, install per

local electrical building codes. Follow the steps below for running a hard wire power line to the Clarity CL2118:

4. Add strain relief to hardwire and junction box.

Leave approx 6” of line for inside connection.

5. Connect ground wire to junction box ground and

marrette black and white wires.

6. Coil wires and refasten junction box coverplate to

the junction box.
