Select and adjust the audio function:

On the remote control: Press the SOUND / DSP key.

The current audio function is displayed on the status line
at the bottom of the monitor

Press the

keys to select a different audio function.

Press the / keys to make adjustments to the current
audio function.

Note: The current setting or option is displayed at the
bottom right of the monitor. You will find more infor-
mation in the “Audio Setup” section of the “Setup
Menu” chapter.

You can make the following settings:

Sound effects
OFF > Studio > Hall > Church > Stadium > Movie > Club

Dolby PL II
OFF > Pro Logic > Music > Movie > Matrix

7-Band equalizer
Flat > Classic > Jazz > Rock > Pop > Ballad > Dance > User

Balance
< Left, Right >

Fader
< Rear, Front >

Press the SOUND / DSP key to return to the main menu.

Downmix

The multi-channel surround signal is converted to a stereo signal
and played through the loudspeakers.

On the remote control: Press the DOWNMIX key to switch
the downmix function on.

Press the key again to cancel the downmix function.
