Organizational Precautions Cont’d 

 
 
Spare parts must comply with the technical specifications laid out by the original 
manufacturer. Only original spare parts are recommended. 
 
Periodic checks or inspections outlined in this instruction manual must be performed 
within the prescribed time limits. 
 
Maintenance personnel should have the proper tools available to perform their assigned 
tasks. 
 
Operating and maintenance personnel must verify availability of appropriate fire 
protection equipment, be properly trained in the use of the equipment and know how to 
contact the Fire Department or Emergency Medical Service if needed.
