6.2 Changing the liners

Loosen the press bolt(1) of the top liner.
Loosen the bolts(2) of the blast housing
cover(3) and remove it.

Loosen the nuts(4) of the left and right
side liner(5). Take them out at the
bottom of the housing.

Remove top liner(6)

Loosen the nuts(7) of the left and right
plenum liners(8). Take them out at the
bottom of the housing.

Loosen the nuts(9) of the top and
bottom plenum liners(10). Take them
out at the bottom of the housing.
To mount the liners, keep on the following sequence:
Prior to mounting the liners, check all threads for contaminants and clean them if necessary.

First place the plenum liners(8) and fix them with the nuts.

Place the side liners(5) inside the housing. The sideliners may stick out the body for max. 1mm.
Tighten the nuts.

Place the top liner(6) in the housing and make sure that the top liner sits close to the edges of the side
liners(5).

Place the cover(3) and tighten the bolts.

Tighten the pressure bolt(1) of the top liner slightly and press the top liner against the side liners.
