Your mouse driver might be old or incompatible with
your mouse. Try the latest version of the Microsoft
mouse driver.

If your mouse is a Logitech mouse, the Spectra
supports the two-button models but not the three-button
models.

Cabling might have been disturbed during mouse
movement. If the currently selected CPU is running
Windows NT or some other recent version of Windows,
issue the Reset Computer’s mouse Port command (see
Section 4.6
). Otherwise, issue the Send Null Byte
command (see
Section 4.5
) one, two, or three times.
You need the latest version of the Microsoft mouse
driver to stop this from happening.

What type of mouse is it? If it’s any type other than a
PS/2 compatible two-button, three-button, or “wheel”
mouse, chances are that the ServSwitch Spectra doesn’t
support it.

The mouse might not be configured properly.
