To prevent the RIM value-added applications from running on BlackBerry® Device Software versions earlier than 4.5, you can
block all RIM value-added applications using the Disable RIM Value-Added Applications IT policy rule, or you can block specific
RIM value-added applications using application-specific IT policy rules.
To prevent the RIM value-added applications from running on BlackBerry Device Software version 4.5 or later, you can use any
of the following application-specific methods:
